Legislature
HCALG conducted a mail survey of all the 2008 Primary Election candidates on their position on legalized gambling in Hawaii in late August. The survey offered the following choices:
1. I am opposed
2. I am for
3. I am not sure
4. I am generally opposed

The mission of Hawaii’s Public Access Room (http://hawaii.gov/lrb/par/) is to provide information on how the citizens of Hawaii can enhance their ability to participate in the legislative process. This includes newsletters and other documents on how to track bills, timetables, reference charts, and other valuable materials. They also provide services, such as making free copies of your testimony, and computer, office supplies, and workspace in which you may prepare your testimony.
